I ordered an ETC Nine 0 22 function cycle computer (black) from you on the 29th April (Amazon order number 202-9604822-9439566). However, after only using this computer on a couple of occasions, it appears to be malfunctioning.
When I hold only the A button ( for 3 seconds, to reset counters or adjust the clock, as per the manufacturer's instructions), it behaves as though both the A and B buttons have been pressed, hard resetting ALL the information to 'set up' status and wiping all data from the computer.
My partner, who has the same product from a different Amazon store, is experiencing the same problem, which makes me think that either there is a faulty batch, or the user instructions that came in the box are incorrect. I would be interested to hear any comments from the manufacturer or distributer if you are able to contact them directly.
Please advise. as I was not expecting to experience issues with this item after such a short period of usage.
Regards,
Sonia
